## Pros
- Many users report reliable, consistent performance with no issues over nearly two years of use.
- Picture quality is praised as fantastic and meets expectations for a 4K UHD HDR TV.
- All smart features powered by Roku work as intended, providing an easy and enjoyable user experience.
- Some buyers express strong confidence, planning to purchase additional units due to positive experiences.
- The TV maintains solid performance as a budget-friendly smart LED TV with HDR support.

## Cons
- A significant number of users report serious reliability issues, especially with the main video board failing within the first year or shortly after replacement.
- Multiple units have frozen within minutes of first use or started malfunctioning less than a year after purchase, often getting stuck on a red screen or losing picture while sound remains functional.
- Some users experience annoying sound problems, including occasional speaker cutouts and a loud whining noise during playback pauses or transitions.
- Troubleshooting steps like resets, power cycling, or software updates frequently fail to resolve persistent issues.
- Customer support is often unresponsive, forcing users to handle problems on their own without satisfactory solutions.
- The short warranty period adds to dissatisfaction, given the TV’s longevity concerns.
- Compared to older TVs from other brands that continue to work well, the overall quality and durability feel disappointing here.
- Several reviewers recommend avoiding this model altogether and considering other brands for better reliability.
